Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to two train stations and convenient access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, while still enjoying a quiet atmosphere near the Tokyo National Stadium and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. The rooms are often described as modern, clean, and comfortable, many featuring balconies with views of the garden or Tokyo skyline; some guests, however, have mentioned that certain room types can feel small. The availability of a large communal bath is a definite highlight for many, and the bakery near reception, offering fresh pastries, is also frequently recommended.

coin laundry bathhouse lobby cafe small room remote location misleading photos
the hotel has everything one could need , including coin laundry. a bathhouse is available. the coffee and pastries are very nice in the lobby cafe.
the room was very , very small even for room size standards. the photos made it seem much bigger than reality. the location is quite remote , it is a minimum 20-30min walk to find nice places to eat.
